Lisa Saldana is director of the Lighthouse Institute at Chestnut Health Systems and the primary developer of the Stages of Implementation Completion (SIC) and the Cost of Implementing New Strategies (COINS), two standardized and widely adopted measures of implementation strategies. She is the principal investigator or co-investigator on several federally funded projects.

Her current research portfolio is primarily funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and includes one active R01, one active R61 and one active UG3/UH3 grant, where she serves as principal investigator. She also holds 12 active subawards funded by the National Institutes of Health.

Saldana is at the forefront of advanced implementation research, known for her methodological rigor and work in precision implementation.
