Keith Humphreys is the Esther Ting Professor and the Section Director for Mental Health Policy in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford. His widely recognized expertise includes the prevention and treatment of substance use disorders and the formation of public policy. Humphreys has led VA and NIH research on addiction treatments and recovery support for substance use disorders and their translation and improvement, including both clinician-delivered treatments and peer recovery groups.
